Further to the press release issued yesterday January 8, 2015 and implementing the Board of Directors' resolutions summarised therein, Fininvest S.p.A. announces that in its capacity as settlor, it has set up a trust called 'TRUST 2015', and has appointed SIRESID S.p.A. as independent trustee and Prof. Marina Brogi as trust protector.
In compliance with the resolutions of Fininvest S.p.A.'s Board of Directors, it should be noted that the setting up of the trust must be considered without prejudice to (I) action initiated by Mr. Silvio Berlusconi, who has indirect control, appealing the order issued by the Bank of Italy on October 7, 2014 and the related precautionary measure, and (ii) the effects which could stem from the upholding of the aforementioned action .
