Banca Mediolanum's new current account
5€ a month at the most, and not a cent more
Banca Mediolanum has introduced a new current account that reflects what clients expect of their bank.
Design of the new product began with a careful analysis of the relationship between bank and client, particularly in relation to current account management. It was based on the results of a specially commissioned survey of Mediolanum clients, as well as those of other institutions, all over the country.
Banca Mediolanum's new RIFLEX account is not a package, but an account that includes absolutely all normal banking operations. The monthly fee, which is debited annually, varies from nothing to €5 depending on how much the client has placed with the Mediolanum Group on deposit and as managed savings. RIFLEX is a total current account for all banking operations: withdrawals, cheques, electronic transfers and payments. The ATM card is free and has unlimited free withdrawals at all Italian ATMs.
The RIFLEX account gives access to the bank through a multi-channel system that gives the client the freedom to use the Internet, telephone or television depending on the needs of the moment and means of access. Telephone access is also completely free through a toll-free number.
The human factor is always there, because each client has a dedicated Global Advisor who can support all investment needs with skill and professionalism. For deposits and withdrawals above the ATM level, there are over 15,000 special branches spread throughout every municipality in Italy.
All Banca Mediolanum current accounts are certified as able to belong to the Transparent Agreements Consortium (“Patti Chiari”) in relation to the "Comparable Current Accounts" initiative, and can therefore bear that brand of quality.
