    The draft annual financial statements at December 31, 2005 and the first-half report at June30, 2006 will be made publicly available within the term set out in art. 82, second paragraph of Consob Regulation 11971, as subsequently amended.
    Accordingly, the 2005 fourth quarter report and the 2006 second quarter report will not be published.
    Any changes in the announcements above will be promptly notified.
    Dividends
    The payment of the final dividend for financial year 2005 is expected to be paid in May while the payment of the 2006 interim dividend is expected to be paid in November.
