Mediolanum S.p.A. – variation in the Board of Statutory Auditors
On September 4, 2008 the Company received the written communication relating to the resignation from the office of the Statutory Auditor Maurizio Dallocchio, with reference to the provisions concerning the plurality of offices held by the members of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of companies, whose shares are listed on regulated stock markets.
Maurizio Dallocchio had been appointed standing Statutory Auditor at the Shareholders’ General Meeting held on April 22, 2008, within the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for 2008/2010, and was a candidate of the only list presented by the shareholders who are parties to the Shareholders’ Agreement that governs Mediolanum S.p.A. (Fininvest S.p.A. and Doris Group).
Francesco Vittadini, appointed alternate Statutory Auditor at the same Meeting and a candidate of the same list mentioned above, will replace Maurizio Dallocchio in the office of standing Statutory Auditor.
