The Board of Directors of
Mediolanum S.p.A. met in Basiglio today and resolved to suspend Mr. Sciumè from his role on the Board, according to article 5 of the ministerial decree 516/1998.
However, Mr. Paolo Sciumè had already suspended his role through a letter of notification dated February 6, 2009.
