The Annual Report on Corporate Governance and the Directors Reports to the shareholders were deposited
Pursuant to art. 89-bis, paragraph 3 of the Regulations for Issuers, Mediolanum hereby announces that the reports for the next General Meeting to be held on April 23, 2009 at 2:30 pm, first call, were deposited today with the company’s registered office and with Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
The Annual Report on Corporate Governance is also available on the corporate website (www.mediolanum.it), where also other reports will be made available.
