Mediolanum Corporate University new Executive Master in Business & Banking Administration

At the Group's Management School in Milano3-Basiglio, a specially-designed programme of 70 days of training over 24 months: lectures, exercises, case histories and real-life experiences

Introducing the new Executive Training programme for directors of Banca Mediolanum, designed by the Management School of Mediolanum Corporate University (MCU).

The new “Executive Master in Business & Banking Administration”, which joins the already extensive and qualified offer of the MCU Management School, will last two years (2011- 2012) and accommodate a maximum of thirty participants.

Developed and planned in collaboration with SDA Bocconi, the Master boasts a teaching staff from one of the most important Business Schools worldwide, issuing the Master Executive designation to participants who successfully complete the final examinations.

"Our modern-day commitment towards acquiring an increasingly knowledgeable financial culture requires a financial education and ongoing management, professional and behavioural training” says Oscar di Montigny, Managing Director of MCU, “in fact, this is the main objective of our Corporate University through its Management School, created to promote and develop management and business skills, managerial innovation and the enhancement of people. This new master is particularly dedicated to those with the highest potential and to specialist managers of the Group."

The didactic method consists of lectures, technical exercises and behavioural simulations, case histories and real-life experiences. It comprises courses, seminars and training sessions both in the classroom, at the Mediolanum Corporate University headquarters in Milano3, as well as through distance training activities, in addition to various discussions and lectures by key scholars and personalities in the cultural and business world.
