Half year financial statements as of June 30th 2011
We inform that the half year financial statements pursuant as of June 30th 2011 to art. 154-ter, para. 2 of the “Testo Unico della Finanza” (Leg. Decree 58/1998) is available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the web site www.mediolanum.com.
The report on half-yearly financial statements, released by the external auditors, will be made available in the same manner, within the term foreseen by the laws in force.
