Mediolanum S.p.A. – enrollment in the Insurance Groups Register
Please be informed that the Regulatory Authority for Insurance Companies (IVASS) has acknowledged the enrollment of the “Mediolanum Insurance Group”, composed of the parent company Mediolanum S.p.A. and the controlled companies Mediolanum Vita S.p.A., Mediolanum Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Mediolanum International Life Ltd., in the Insurance Groups Register effective March 13, 2015.
The role of Mediolanum S.p.A. as parent company of the insurance group is added to that of parent company of a financial conglomerate and parent company of a banking group.
