- notice calling the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on September 29, 2015 at 10,30 (first call), on October 7, 2015 at 10,30 (second call) and on November 18, 2015 at 10,30 (third call) and the related excerpt; the notice and the excerpt are being published on the Company's website www.mediolanum.com, Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Annual General Meeting and the excerpt from the notice will be published tomorrow May 26, 2015 in the newspapers "Il Giornale" and "MF".
