Filing of the merger project
We inform that today the Company made available at the Company's registered office, through the Bit Market Services storage mechanism at "www.emarketstorage.com", on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website www.mediolanum.com (section Investor Relations\Corporate Governance\Annual General Meeting) the Merger Project of Mediolanum S.p.A. into Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. – drafted pursuant to Art. 2501 ter of the Italian Civil Code – together with the new By Laws of the merging company. Mediolanum S.p.A. also made available with the same means the consolidated and individual financial statements of Mediolanum S.p.A. and Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Please note that the financial statements for the year closed at December 31, 2014 are the financial statements relevant for the merger pursuant to Art. 2501 quarter of the Italian Civil Code.
