Mediolanum S.p.A.



Mediolanum S.p.A. announces that, having availed itself of the option in article 82, paragraph 2 of CONSOB regulation 11971 of 14 May 1999, as amended and integrated with CONSOB decision 12475 of 6 April 2000, it will make available, by 31 March 2001 at its registered office and at the Borsa Italiana S.p.A., its annual report and consolidated annual report approved by the Board of Directors. It will not, therefore, proceed with the drawing up of the quarterly report for the fourth quarter 2000.
