The main corporate events scheduled for the year 2007 are set out below

    Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the preliminary annual financial
    statements at December 31, 2006
  		•  April 19 h. 14,30 p.m. 1st call – April 20 h. 14,30 p.m. 2nd call
    General Meeting for the approval of the annual financial statements at December 31,
    2006

  		•  May 10 h. 10,30 a.m.
    Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the quarterly report at March 31, 2007

  		•  September 11 h. 10,30 a.m.
    Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the first-half report at June 30, 2007

  		•  November 8 h. 10,30 a.m.
    Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the quarterly report at September 30,
    2007 and resolutions about the interim dividend



    The preliminary annual financial statements at December 31, 2006 and the first-half report at June 30, 2007 will be made publicly available within the term set out in art. 82, second paragraph of Consob Regulation 11971/99, as subsequently amended.
    Accordingly, the 2006 fourth quarter report and the 2007 second quarter report will not be published.
    Any changes in the announcements above will be promptly notified.
    Usually, the meetings of financial data presentation to the Analysts will be held in the same date planned to the approval of the periodical data accounts.
    Dividends
    The payment of the final dividend for financial year 2006 is expected to be paid in May while the payment of the 2007 interim dividend is expected to be paid in November.
