The Datchforum Changes Name: The MEDIOLANUM FORUM Is Born
As of 1 January 2009,
Banca Mediolanum’s image is linked to the Forum of Assago, which thus becomes the MEDIOLANUM FORUM.
The Milan-based bank will take over from Datch, which operates in the apparel business. The agreement between the bank led by Ennio Doris and the firm ForumNet of the Cabassi group, owner of the facility, will last three years, with a renewal option.
The MEDIOLANUM FORUM is the principal multifunctional covered structure in Italy, in terms of seating capacity, attendance, and the importance of the events it hosts. It is part of the
ForumNet Group, which with
PalaLottomatica in Rome, the
Allianz Theater in Milan and the
Pala Livorno in Leghorn is the leader in Italy in the management of multifunctional facilities for live entertainment.
The MEDIOLANUM FORUM and the PalaLottomatica in Rome are the only structures in Italy associated with the E.A.A. - European Arenas Association – which represents the most prestigious arenas in Europe.
With a seating capacity of over 11,000, the MEDIOLANUM FORUM is a mandatory stop for the major national and international tours of music, sports and live entertainment and hosts the sales conventions of the leading Italian companies.
