Issuing of bonds. Filing of the deed of april 6th, 2011
Mediolanum S.p.A. informs that the deed of april 6th, 2011 by which its Managing Director Mr. Ennio Doris (exercising the faculty granted by the Board of Directors held on March 1st, 2011) has executed the issuing of non convertible bonds for an aggregated amount of Euro 100 million, is available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company’s website www.mediolanum.com.
