InMediolanum deposit account pays up to 4.60% if you bring in a friend

Banca Mediolanum has announced new and even better interest rates on its InMediolanum deposit account from 20 March. The account pays a basic 4% interest, but an extra 0.20% will be added for every friend the customer introduces to the bank, up to a maximum of 4.60%. All the friends so introduced will get 4.20% anyway, and another +0.20% for every friend they introduce in turn – again up to 4.60%.

This "Friends" promotion will use the simple mechanism already established for the "Member Get Member" rewards programme started in 2007, which offers a series of rewards for introducers. Considering that 41% of all new customers joining Banca Mediolanum were introduced in this way, clearly many old customers have been giving their friends, family and acquaintances an opportunity to make the most of all the benefits of belonging to this exclusive "club", while the bank has been extending its clientele.

This voluntary behaviour has been doing more and more to create a real community, in view of the many cultural, sporting and entertainment initiatives which Banca Mediolanum organizes throughout all the year to get its customers involved.
