Reports pursuant to art. 72, 73 e 84-quater of the Regulations for issuers ("Regolamento Emittenti")
With regards to the Shareholders' Meeting - convened in first call on April 19, 2012 at 14,30 and in second call on April 20, 2012 at 14,30 – we inform that today the Report pursuant to Art. 72 (amendments to the By Laws), the Report pursuant to Art. 73 (own shares) and the Report pursuant to Art. 84- quater (remuneration policies) of the Regulations for Issuers or "Regolamento Emittenti" were made available at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and the relating
documents.
The said documents are also available to the public at the Company's
registered office, with copies available to whom may request them, and on the Company's website internet www.mediolanum.com.
