Banca Mediolanum for Catania
Aid to customers stricken by the recent flood
On the day after the flood that struck the city of Catania, Banca Mediolanum has announced that it intends to earmark
€ 500,000 in donations in favor of its customers and Family Bankers who suffered material damage.
The funds will be allocated in proportion to the individual damages according to criteria established by the bank.
In addition, as it has done for other natural calamities that have befallen our country through the years, Banca Mediolanum is offering all customers and Family Bankers who have suffered material damage access to the following facilitations:
- possibility of suspending mortgage and loan payments for 12 months;
- 1% reduction in the spread for existing mortgages and loans for two years;
- cancellation of all charges on existing current accounts for two years, i.e. maintenance charge, credit card and cash machine charges, charges on securities deposit accounts, and all the stamp taxes on these instruments;
- granting of privileged lines of credit on credits and loans at a rate of EURIBOR +1.5%.
