Filing of the notice calling the Shareholders’ Meeting and of a Report to the Shareholders
We inform that today the Company made available on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the notice calling the Shareholders' Meeting on April 23, 2013 at 14,30 on first call and on April 24, 2013 at 14,30 on second call.
The notice is being published on the Company's website www.mediolanum.com /Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Annual General Meeting and the excerpt from the notice will be published tomorrow March 23, 2013 in the newspapers "Il Giornale" and "MF".
We inform that the Report relating to item 3) – Election of two Directors and of the Chairman of the Board of Directors – of the agenda of the called Meeting is available to the public on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., at the Company's registered office, with copies available to whom may request them, and on the Company's website www.mediolanum.com /Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/ Annual General Meeting.
