We inform that the By Laws of Mediolanum S.p.A., updated as a consequence of the partial execution for Euro 26.044,20 of the share capital increase resolved upon by the Board of Directors of May 10, 2006, May 10, 2007, May 13, 2008 and May 13, 2009 pursuant to art. 2443 of the Italian Civil Code, filed with the Companies’ Register on May 28, 2013, including the amendmends to the By Laws approved by the Board of Directors held on May 9, 2013 filed with the Companies’ Register on May 27, 2013 and May 28, 2013 is available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the website www.mediolanum.com under the section Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Documents of Business Conduct.
