We inform that the By Laws of Mediolanum S.p.A., updated as a consequence of the partial execution for Euro 5.435,00 of the share capital increase resolved upon by the Board of Directors of May 13 2008, May 13 2009 and July 8 2010 pursuant to art. 2443 of the Italian Civil Code, filed with the Companies’ Register on December 30, 2013, is available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the website under the section Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Documents of Business Conduct.
