Filing of the notice calling the Shareholders’ Meeting and of Reports to
the Shareholders
We inform that today the Company made available on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the notice calling the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2014 at 14,30 (single call).
The notice is being published on the Company's website www.mediolanum.com/Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Annual General Meeting and the excerpt from the notice will be published tomorrow March 20, 2014 in the newspapers "Il Giornale" and "MF".
We inform that the Reports relating to items of the agenda of the called Meeting:
3) Election of the Board of Directors;
4) Election of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
are available to the public on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., at the Company's registered office, with copies available to whom may request them, and on the Company's website www.mediolanum.com/Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/ Annual General Meeting.
