Half Year Financial Statements as of June 30th 2014
We inform that the half year financial statements pursuant as of June 30th 2014 to art. 154-ter, para. 2 of the “Testo Unico della Finanza” (Leg. Decree 58/1998) is available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the 1Info storage mechanism (
www.1info.it) and on the website www.mediolanum.com under the section Investor Relations/Financial Data/Annual & Interim Reports.
The report on half-yearly financial statements, released by the external auditors, will be made available in the same manner, within the term foreseen by the laws in force.
