Carlo Secchi
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum S.p.A.

Carlo Secchi is a Professor Emeritus of European Economic Policy at Milan's Bocconi University, where he was Rector from 2000 to 2004. At the same University, he is also Director of the Institute on Latin American Studies and Transition Economies (ISLA) of the Department of Institutional Analysis and Public Management.
He was a member of the European Parliament in the IV Legislature (1994-1999) and Vice-President of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee.
He was a member of the Italian Senate in the XXII Legislature (1994-96).
He is a member of the boards of technical-scientific foundations and institutions.
He is Vice-Chairman of ISPI (Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale - Institute of International Policy Studies) of Milan and Chairman of the Italian group of the Trilateral Commission.
He has been the “European Coordinator" for the trans-European transport networks (TEN-T) since July 2009 (PP3 and PP19: France-Spain-Portugal).
He currently sits on the Board of Directors of a number of Italian companies (Pirelli & C., Allianz, Mediaset and Italcementi) and of Veneranda Fabbrica of Milan's Duomo.
He is the author of books and numerous articles on trade and on the international economy, economic integration and other European issues.

Ennio Doris
Chairman of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.
Chief Executive Officer of Mediolanum S.p.A.
Mr. Doris started off as financial advisor, first with Fideuram and then with the RAS Group. His career underwent a major change when he founded Programma Italia, a financial brokerage organisation, together with the Fininvest Group.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Programma Italia since it was founded.
He and the Fininvest Group own an equal control shareholding in Mediolanum S.p.A., the company formed by the merger of Fininvest Italia S.p.A., Fintre S.p.A. and Programma Italia S.p.A.. He is Chairman of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A..

Alfredo Messina
Deputy Chairman of Mediolanum S.p.A.
After serving at a number of major companies, Mr. Messina joined Olivetti as Group Production Controller,
and then moved to Alitalia as Corporate Finance, Control and Administration Officer.
In 1989 he joined IRI as Planning and Control Director and in 1990 joined Fininvest, first as General Manager and then, from February to July 1996, as Chief Executive Officer.
He is member of the Board of Directors of Mediaset S.p.A. and of Molmed S.p.A..

Massimo Doris
Executive Deputy Chairman of Mediolanum S.p.A.
Chief Executive Officer of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.
Mr. Massimo Doris started his career at Banca Mediolanum in 1999 as Financial Advisor. Previously he was based in London where he worked as sales assistant at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse Financial Products.
He then became Marketing Manager in charge of the launch of the Online Banking website. He was subsequently named Head of the Sales Network Training.
In October 2003, he took on the position of Italian Network Manager of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. and was in charge of the Italian Sales Network until September 2005, after which he moved to Barcelona to take on the positions of Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Head of Development of the Spanish banking group Banco de Finanzas e Inversiones. In July 2008, he returned to Italy as Chief Executive Officer of Banca Mediolanum
S.p.A.. Starting May 2009 he is Executive Deputy Chairman of Mediolanum S.p.A..
He is currently a Director of Banca Esperia S.p.A..


Edoardo Lombardi

Mr. Lombardi served as Corporate General Manager at Procter & Gamble Italy and General Manager at the Sangemini/Ferrarelle Group.
In 1987 he was appointed General Manager of Fininvest Italia S.p.A. and then in 1989 Chief Executive of Mediolanum Vita S.p.A.. At present he is Executive Deputy Chairman of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A., Chairman of Banca Esperia S.p.A., di I'm S.p.A., Chief Executive Officer of Mediolanum Vita S.p.A., member of the board of Mediolanum S.p.A.and the Fedrigoni S.p.A..

Giovanni Pirovano
Vice Chairman of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.
In addition to occupying the position of Vice Chairman of Banca Mediolanum, he is also Vice Chairman of the Italian association ASSBB (Associazione Sviluppo Studi Banca e Borsa).
Chairman of Mediolanum Fiduciaria SpA, member of the Chairman's Committee for ABI (Associazione Bancaria Italiana – Italian Banking Association) and Director for the Association of Private Banks (Assbank).
Previously held the role of General Manager at Banca Mediolanum, Director of the Finance Department at Banca Popolare di Novara and Head of Finance at Banco Ambrosiano Veneto.

Luigi Del Fabbro
Chief Administrative Officer of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.
Responsible for accounting and financial reporting of Mediolanum S.p.A.
With Mediolanum since 1986.

Stefano Volpato
Sales Director, Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.
After a short period in the administrative sector of Noal Oil, he joins Programma Italia in 1986.
In 1988, he begins his supervisory duties and, at the end of 2000, coordinates a group of over four hundred collaborators in the Triveneto area.
Promoted to Divisional Head in 2003, he is assigned responsibility for Emilia Romagna.
In 2006, he is appointed Regional Head of the North-East, an area including the Triveneto and Emilia Romagna regions, with over one thousand five hundred Family Bankers.
From January 2011, he is Sales Director of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A..

Oscar di Montigny
Marketing, Communications and Innovation Director at Banca Mediolanum S.p.A..

Born in Milan in 1969, married and father of five children, in the early part of his career he has gained professional experience as Marketing and Communication Director at some relevant international companies.
Since he joined Banca Mediolanum in 2000, he has worked in 'Training & Development Department' contributing to the creation and the launch of the 'School for the Development of Human Potential'. He has conceived, planned and oversaw the launch of Mediolanum Corporate University, the educational institute serving the whole Mediolanum Community (Sales network, Headquarters as well as Customers) which has won in March 2013 the "Second Best Corporate University award in the World" issued by the Global Council of Corporate Universities.
Focusing on the future, the change and the new ways of understanding marketing, and on the Relational communication and Corporate Education, he held the role of Marketing and Communications Director to become, in April 2014, Marketing Communication and Innovation Director of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A..
Oscar di Montigny is also author of a blog called Thoughts for the Third Millennium where he explores and analyzes how future megatrends will determine the new social and market scenarios.
